In the Groatie Room you can experience delicious home cook meals, prepared by local chefs using local produce. Follow this with a malt whisky, from a selection of over 130.
Seaview Hotel offers a range of rooms and types of accommodation to suit all travellers, we have rooms in the main Hotel, our Annex Caberfeidh House, which is directly opposite the hotel and if you are looking for a budget option we also have some bunkhouse accommodation and have recently added some Glamping Pods to our portfolio.
Seaview Hotel's Groatie Room Restaurant provides diners with a relaxing environment to enjoy a selection of local produce, prepared by local chefs. Among the many mouth watering options is local salmon, smoked and prepared in the hotel's own kitchen by the hotels head chef. Seaview Hotel's wine list is personally selected by the hotels proprietor and is designed to suit all tastes. Pre and after dinner drinks are available both in the Groatie Room and in the Seaview Hotel Bar, where you have the option to eat from the same extensive menu.
Our bar has the accolade of being the most Northerly Pub on the British Mainland and is the proud holder of the Silver Award for Whisky Bars of the World, the Seaview Hotel staff have an extensive knowledge that will help you choose from over 130 malt whiskies. Whisky tasting evenings can also be arranged. If gin is your preferred option there are now over 30 to choose from, including the local Rock Rose Gin. Among the award winning real ales available is the uniquely local offering from the John O'Groats Brewery.
